Clipper Logistics Group collects personal information from retail and commercial customers, employees and prospective employees in a variety of ways in order to provide services to you. These services include-
Enquiries
Contact information is collected to enable the Group to provide information to you and to respond to your enquiry. You may withdraw from future communications at any time.
Retail Customers
Information is collected to enable the Group to progress your purchase and to provide newsletters where you have opted to receive them. You may withdraw from future communications at any time. Payment card information is not stored by the Group.
Commercial Customers
Information is collected to enable the Group to deliver the contracted services or purchase. The Company will retain your personal details to support future relations and communications with you.
If individuals do not wish to receive communications they should contact the Data Privacy Manager.
Employees and Job Applicants
A range of information is collected to enable the Company to progress your application. The information will not be used for other purposes. Information on unsuccessful candidates will be deleted after 12 months.
Employee information is held securely in a file and handled in accordance with the Employee Privacy Notice.
Direct Marketing
The Group collects information on prospective business contacts in order to inform you of topics and services that the Company believes will be of interest to you.
