The main function of the Intempo RDI is for it to act as an output device for the iPod. As such, there are no compatibility issues with any models as all iPod players are supported. Using the controls on the face of the unit, or using the remote control that comes standard with the Intempo RDI, you will be able to control the menu of your iPod easily and choose the functions you want to use. What makes the Intempo RDI very different, and appealing, is its ability to integrate DAB. The Intempo RDI automatically seeks and stores available stations and navigation is seamless. If you have your favourite stations, you can store eight of them in the presets feature.
And then there is its performance. Delivering audio output of a 30 watt total are the speakers inside the unit. Beating in its interior are a pair of tweeters, two mid-range drivers, and a 15 watt woofer. There is enough power in the Intempo RDI to fill a medium sized room with audio and that can be surprising given its small stature.
